The team comprise of people from different backgrounds:

- UE/ UI Designers: Team comprises of designers who understand usability engineering/ user interfaces designing.  

- Developers: The developers at IBees have an expertise in working on windows technologies as well as open source technologies.

- Copy Writers: Copywriting is built on skills and style sprinkled with a little of imagination. IBees tries to add class to the projects it undertakes by giving documents a new styles though the group of classic content writers.

- Project Managers: The project managers at IBees are the controllers of the project and take overall responsibility for the planning, execution, monitoring and closure of the project.
